Your data. You own your quotes, history, uploads, price books and your changes to the rules. Each company has its own database. Files you upload stay in your workspace's data room and are never emailed. Data ownership

Access. Roles decide which tools each person sees; identity always comes from the sign-in, never from what Claude passes. Your workspace's owners decide who joins, can deactivate anyone (their Claude connections and browser sessions stop at once), and every decision is in the workspace's audit trail.
