What is yours

Your company owns its data: quotes, approvals, the quote history and files you import, your price books, your changes to the rules, the people in your workspace and your audit trail.

What is Nteli's

Nteli owns the engine, the reference packs (rules, reference prices, plain-language guides) and the compiled forms of those packs. Changes you make on top of a reference pack are yours.

Anonymised, aggregated data

Under the standard terms Nteli may use anonymised, aggregated structure derived from use of the service, such as which kinds of customer part numbers map to which reference configurations (the crosswalk) and benchmark statistics, to improve the reference packs and publish benchmarks. It never includes your prices, your customers, your people or anything that identifies your company. Enterprise agreements can opt out.

Where it lives

Each company has its own database. Files you upload are kept in your workspace's own storage area (on the encrypted data volume, or private object storage), never in a shared table and never sent by email.
Hosting: Fly.io (United States), on an encrypted volume; continuous backup to private object storage (Tigris).
Subprocessors: Fly.io (hosting), Tigris (backups), Resend (sign-in emails). Anthropic is your model provider under your own account, not ours.

Export and deletion

Write to hello@nteli.io for an export of your workspace or to close it and delete its data. Self-service export and deletion are on the way.
