AI usage statement

  1. The engine uses no AI model. Whether a configuration is valid, what it needs and what it costs are decided by rules compiled to decision diagrams. The same request gives the same answer every time, and every submitted quote records the fingerprints of the rules and the request, so it can be replayed exactly.
  2. Claude runs in your own account. You use Claude (on the web, Desktop, mobile or Claude Code) under your own agreement with Anthropic. Claude calls Nteli Quoting's tools and reads their results; it sees only what the signed-in person's role allows (estimators get decisions and plain-language reasons, not rule tables).
  3. Nteli calls no model provider with your data and trains no model on it. Nothing in Nteli's servers calls an AI model.
  4. Files are read by ordinary code. CSV and Excel files you upload are parsed by our servers without AI. Reading PDFs or messy documents happens in your own Claude, and you see every row before it is staged. If we ever offer server-side AI extraction, it will be off unless your workspace turns it on, and the provider will be named here first.
